WHAT WE DO
The mission of Living Waterfront is to unlock the potential of raw, navigable waterfront properties. We do the hard part to help you take a giant step towards your waterfront dream.

HOW WE DO IT
This is achieved by acquiring lots and preparing them for resale with enhancements that will include clearing and can include shoreline protection, driveways, docks, well and septic systems, and other services.

A family company

Living Waterfront was founded by a group of water-loving family members with a passion for real estate. Ever since our dad bought a boat when we were kids, we have jumped at any chance to get our toes in the water.

Even after living on the water for almost 30 years, the feeling of seeing God’s creation every day never disappoints! We started this business to share that feeling with others.
